Providing it is not 100% epoxy, yes. As long as the grout has cured for the recommended amount of time (usually 48-72 hrs), and there are no stains or dirt on the surface.

It is not recommended. The floor should always be clean and dry prior to sealing, the exception being 100% epoxy grout which does not require a sealant.

Yes, it is highly recommended to seal your grout the exception would be 100% epoxy grout.

You should use a neutral Ph cleaner . Read the manufacturers instructions and make sure your not using an acid cleaner, as these can harm the contents of the grout.
