Any tile and stone product that is porous , installed, and then has grout to fill the joints
is a maintenance area. This is something that cannot be avoided. Grout is extremely
porous except for 100% epoxy grouts, which most installers do not like to use.
All grout should be sealed according to the sealant manufacturers specifications after
the installation with 100%epoxy grouts being the only exception. Even after the
product has be sealed it is still not stain proof. You will just have a longer period of time
before the grout absorbs liquid.
A neutral Ph cleaner is always recommended for general maintenance and cleaning.
